Where does my data live?

Your workspace is private to you. We keep each business's data strictly separate, so your business info and conversations are completely hidden from anyone outside your business. Within your team, you control who has access, so only the people you invite can see and manage your customer chats.

How does Polaris handle privacy laws like the PDPA?
