You see the homepage first
ONE TO TWO WEEKS
The homepage gets designed on its own, with your real products and prices in it. Nothing else gets drawn until that one is settled, because every other page inherits from it.

Once the homepage is agreed the other pages follow quickly, since the decisions have already been made. This is where we design the states nobody thinks about: the empty form, the error message.

The same person builds it
TWO TO THREE WEEKS
Whoever designed it writes the code, so nothing gets lost being explained to someone else. The speed budget is set before the first line of code. It has to work on a phone on mobile data.
