How much does an e-commerce website cost in Malaysia?
A professional SME store runs roughly RM8,000 to RM20,000 in published Malaysian pricing, and fully custom stores go higher. Ours start at RM15,000 because the product pages and checkout are designed, not templated. The quotation is fixed before work starts.

Can customers pay with FPX or e-wallets?
Yes. FPX, cards and e-wallets are wired into the checkout and tested end to end before launch, not after.

Can my staff run the store themselves?
That is the point. Orders, fulfilment states and notifications run through an admin your team can use without calling us. Adding products later does not need a developer.

Should I just sell on Shopee or Lazada instead?
Maybe. If marketplace commission suits your margins, a marketplace is fine. Your own store earns its keep when commission is costing more than the site would, or your products need more explaining than a listing template allows.
